I answered the phones for them and helped customers get the information they need in order to get the correct pictures that they had originally ordered. I had to work with multiple monitors and talk to the customer all at the same time. I also had to remain polite and calm if there was an irritated customer on the line, because they had original got the wrong order. I learned how to multi-task from this job and to do it in a fast way.
